Titanfall Delayed for Xbox 360
EA has announced that the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall will be delayed to March 25th in North America and March 28th in Europe.
This is two weeks after the release date for Xbox One and PC. In a post on the publishers website, executive vice president of EA studios, Patrick Söderlund wrote that Respawn is working hard to make the Xbox One and PC version of Titanfall. In addition “Bluepoint is doing the same with the Xbox 360 version. To give them the time they need to put the finishing touches on the current-gen version of the game, we are moving the Xbox 360 ship date,” said Söderlund. The vice president claims that the extra time will ensure a better experience all around.
Bluepoint is the developer of the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall. It was unknown who was developing it until recently. Bluepoint games was founded in 2006 and is responsible for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and the God of War Collection.
Titanfall is coming out on Xbox One and PC on March 11th in North America and March 13th in Europe. Recently, a beta was announced and is rumored to be coming out on February 14th and although it isn’t open Respawn is going to try and get as many people in as possible.
